Kick-App Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the software application, “Application”, for mobile devices that was created by Kick-App. The Application is intended to provide the public with information.

Information Collected

Kick-App does not collect personally identifiable information about Application users. The Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use the Application such as page views and sponsor interactions.

The device ID is used when the user creates their own booking or warrant alerts based on inmate or wanted person’s name and/or date of birth.

Disclosure

We will share your information with third parties only in the ways that are described in this privacy statement. We may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information (1) as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process; (2) when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

Third Parties

Application may link to third-party applications or websites. Kick-App is not responsible for the privacy policy or actions of any third-party.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.

If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
